 There's  a mystery around,
Uncountable deaths everyday surround,
I am scared to see the news paper,
don't know today who has turned to vapor.

 We are not ready for the repercussions,
And jump to our own fairy tale conclusions.
Ups and downs are part of our life!
Know the trick to play with this Knife!

Enjoy your life to the fullest,
Whether, Easy, Rough or Toughest,
Count your blessings, not your curses!
You will soon seek Good Luck and no more Doctor and Nurses!

 What I feel is Awareness is the key to the Relaxing mind,
Correct knowledge will guide you to bind and unwind!
Taking your own life is cowardice,
Isn't thinking about your loved ones, wise  and nice?

 We have learned, don't run, face!!
Love yourself, May it be any race!!
Plan ! and implement step by step,
Everything is fun if you know how to schlep!

Lend an Ear,
May be it will end the fear!
All, a Human needs is care!
Don't you think the demand is fair?
Forget it or let it rattle,
Try to fight, your own battle!
